The Judge Steered The Jury To A Murder Conviction
THE COURT STEERED THE JURY TO A MURDER CONVICTION BY REPEATEDLY ALLOWING THE PROSECUTION TO INTIMIDATE THE JURY, BY YELLING “MURDER” OVER AND OVER WHEN PRESENTING EVIDENCE AND EXAMINING WITNESSES
Trial Judge Horner's handling of this trial was unfair in the extreme to Andrew because he reached beyond his authority to ensure Andrew’s conviction. Andrew was denied a fair trial in violation of his due process of law rights. It was a waste of public resources to achieve an unjust result that covers up the truth of how and why Christopher Wootton tragically lost his life to a knife wound.
Repeatedly, over defense objection, Judge Horner allowed use of the term “murder” by the prosecution during the presentation of evidence and during examination of witness. Everything was “murder” – “murder weapon” “murder victim” “murder suspect.” The question of whether a murder in fact occurred was already decided for the jury long before the case was submitted to them and they sure got that message. No judge has the authority to allow such a prejudiced trial.
