It is your life and your liberty.  If you give your rights, you can jeopardize yourself.

Drew talked to the Berkeley police for 5 hours.  He thought they'd understand if he'd only told the truth.  It didn't matter.  Talking to the police never helps.  It can only hurt you.

When they say, "Everything you say can and will be used against you", they mean it.  They don't say it may be used against you" they say it will be used against use you because no matter what you say, they will try to find a way fto use what you say to hurt you.
